About Sodium Ethoxide

Sodium ethoxide (C₂H₅ONa), also called sodium ethylate, is a strong base used in pharmaceutical and fine-chemical synthesis, including condensation and esterification reactions.

We manufacture it at our plant at Kazipally IDA near Hyderabad, as a free-flowing powder and as a solution in ethanol. It is moisture-sensitive and flammable — please review the SDS before handling.
